Imperial Manor, Parkview/Heights is a city owned facility that has been designed to meet the needs of our community and the Residents we serve. The original building was constructed in the late 1960’s and expanded on in 1970, 1995, and 2002 as a commitment to our Elder’s needs. We have progressively changed and developed to meet the ever changing needs of the community.
We offer independent and assisted living, skilled nursing care, short term rehabilitation, veterans contract agreement services and hospice care. Our in house therapy departments offer physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Our staff takes great pride in our facility and treats each resident as family. Every resident in our facility enjoys the home like atmosphere of having their own private room or apartment and many furnishings from home. Quality nursing staff is available around the clock in all sections of the facility. Family is always welcome and encouraged to come and spend time with their loved ones.
Our social services department will work with you to answer all your questions and make the move from home or hospital to our facility as painless as possible.
We offer a wide variety of activities for everyone. There are several opportunities for generational interaction with all age groups. Pets (with up to date vaccinations) are welcome to visit our facility.
Our independent and assisted living staff is there to help with the daily needs of their residents. We provide an exercise area and recreational room that is always ready and waiting for a fun time. There are many opportunities for great social interactions.
Our dietary department offers top of the line restaurant quality meals and service. Our dining manager makes home made soup each day!
Guest meals are available, so join us in the dining experience. Please just give us 24 hours notice. Guests may not sit in the dining room with other residents due to CMS Covid restrictions. A separate dining area will be provided.
Housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services are available and given on a regular basis.
We have transportation services available for all local doctor appointments and assist with those that are out of town. We offer shopping trips to town on a regular basis.
